Mentoring & Coaching

Supporting inexperienced PM's

Mentoring and coaching of junior or less experienced team members allows them a 'sounding board' off which to bounce questions, or share concerns.

All too often less experienced staff will experience feelings of inadequacy or confusion about what is expected of them in their role. Sometimes the organisations in which they work may not have the right support network to assist them.

I have been very fortunate throughout my career to work in a number excellent large organisations that provide support for less experienced colleagues. I have also worked in smaller companies whose support was not quite as obvious.

I am available to coach and mentor via email, phone, video-calls etc. by contacting me via the Contact Page.
